Tea Time Spritzer

It's like a high tea but with wine.


  • 1 bottle of [Yellow tail] Bubbles, chilled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • Fresh lemon wedges & mint leaves to garnish


  1. Dissolve the sugar in 1 cup of water and bring to boil in a saucepan.

  2. Reduce the heat to low until the mixture becomes a syrup and remove from heat.

  3. Place the tea bags in the mixture and let it come to room temperature. Refrigerate until cold.

  4. To serve, add 3 tablespoons of the tea syrup to a glass before adding a serving of [yellow tail] Bubbles and garnishes.
