Plums, berries, Rosé - a wining combination for a gorgeous sangria.
Add plums, strawberries and raspberries to a jug. Pour in [yellow tail] Rosé (and Chambord if preferred) and stir.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Stir in your lemon-lime beverage just before serving for a bit of fizz.
Garnish with mint leaves.
