Warming and delicious, this cinnamon pear cocktail is perfect in the cooler months.
Bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 2 cinnamon sticks to the boil.
Let simmer for a couple minutes before removing from the heat. Refrigerate once cool.
Mix the [yellow tail] Chardonnay, 1 cup of vodka and the cinnamon sugar syrup together in a pitcher with ice, pears and cinnamon sticks.
Chill for 1 hour and enjoy!
