Blackberry Lavendar Bubbles

Impress your friends with this simple, beautiful, bubbly cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle [yellow tail] Pink Bubbles
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vodka (optional)
  • 2 tsp lavender flowers (dried)

Preparation

  1. Bring blackberries, maple syrup and vodka (optional) to a boil, mashing berries gently as they cook until they’re broken down.

  2. Add stemless lavender flowers and boil for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to steep for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

  4. To serve, pour 1 tablespoon of the blackberry sauce into a glass, add a stem of lavender and top with chilled Bubbles.
