INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup [yellow tail] Pinot Noir
  • 1 litre vanilla ice cream
  • 30 ml vodka (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)
  • Silver or gold sugar crystals (for garnish)
  • Cherries (for garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Blend ice cream and [yellow tail] Pinot Noir (and vodka if you choose) until smooth.

  2. Add cream, a cherry, and try wine with your dairy!
