INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup [yellow tail] Pinot Noir
- 1 litre vanilla ice cream
- 30 ml vodka (optional)
- Whipped cream (for serving)
- Silver or gold sugar crystals (for garnish)
- Cherries (for garnish)
PREPARATION
- Blend ice cream and [yellow tail] Pinot Noir (and vodka if you choose) until smooth. 
- Add cream, a cherry, and try wine with your dairy!
