BERRY & PLUM ROSÉ SANGRIA

This berry and plum cocktail is a jug full of yum!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Rosé
  • 3 plums
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 375 ml of lemon-lime mineral water or soft drink
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Chambord Liqueur (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. Add plums, strawberries and raspberries to a jug. Pour in [yellow tail] Rosé, then stir.

  2. Refrigerate up to two hours, and stir in your lemon-lime beverage just before serving for a bit of fizz!
