INGREDIENTS
- Tacos
- Cauliflower
- White fish
- Lime
- Coriander
- Guacamole
- Hot sauce
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 200c. 
- Place fish on a parchment lined pan and drizzle with olive oil. Alternatively, roast the cauliflower in the oven. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until flaky and cooked. Alternatively, roast the cauliflower. 
- Whilst the fish is in the oven, dice the avocado, red onion, coriander, lime, jalapeno and guacamole. 
- Heat tortillas according to package directions for 20-30 seconds. 
- Break fish into large chunks and divide between tortillas. Top as desired with sauce and serve.
