Raspberry Rosé

Raspberry Rose

With a balance of sweet and sour, this Raspberry Rosé cocktail is a real crowd pleaser.


  • 1 bottle [yellow tail] Rosé
  • 400ml lemonade or lemon-soda
  • 400g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar (if not using lemonade)
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 400ml lime soda
  • Fresh lemon slices to garnish (optional)


  1. At least a day before serving, combine the [yellow tail] Rosé, raspberries, lemons, lemonade and sugar (optional) in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Before serving add the lime-soda before pouring individual glasses.

  3. Garnish with lemon slices and ice cubes.
