Make your brunch extra bubbly with this Prosecco Pear Punch!
Skin two soft pears and let them simmer on the stove in a small saucepan until they’re slightly tender.
Puree the warm pears with a blender or food processor, adding water as necessary for drinkable consistency.
Once liquified and cooled, add the pears to a jug with Prosecco and cranberry juice.
Pour mixture into glasses and add thin pear slices to each as a garnish.
