Prosecco Pear Punch

Make your brunch extra bubbly with this Prosecco Pear Punch!


  • 1 bottle of chilled [yellow tail] Prosecco
  • 2 soft pears
  • 200ml cranberry juice
  • 1 semi-ripened pear (for slicing)


  1. Skin two soft pears and let them simmer on the stove in a small saucepan until they’re slightly tender.

  2. Puree the warm pears with a blender or food processor, adding water as necessary for drinkable consistency.

  3. Once liquified and cooled, add the pears to a jug with Prosecco and cranberry juice.

  4. Pour mixture into glasses and add thin pear slices to each as a garnish.
