Green Thumb

A refreshing and zesty cocktail, perfect for the summer months.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle [yellow tail] Prosecco
  • 200ml soda water
  • 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
  • Mint leaves
  • Lime wedge
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Pour [yellow tail] Prosecco into a 1-litre jug, mixing in soda water and ice.

  2. Add the elderflower cordial.

  3. Distribute between four cocktail glasses, adding a few mint leaves into each.

  4. Squeeze lime wedges, drop them in, and enjoy!
