Not only does this Fig & Sprig cocktail taste delicious, it looks great too!
Rub lavender sprigs together to release aromas before dropping them into a cocktail shaker with lemon juice and honey.
Cut one fig in half and scrape the insides into the shaker, then top with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass, add crushed ice and [yellow tail] Prosecco.
Garnish with the remainder of your lavender sprig and fig.
