Chocolate Fondue

Who doesn't love a chocolate fondue? Why not try it with a twist with the addition of our Cab Sav.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of [yellow tail] Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 30ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 300 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Lightly stir condensed milk, butter, dark chocolate and vanilla over medium/high heat until melted.

  2. Remove the mix from heat, then stir in the [yellow tail] Cabernet Sauvignon.

  3. Serve with berries, bananas, biscuits, marshmallows and of course, more Cab Sav.
