INGRÉDIENTS
- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco
- 4 tasses de cubes de melon d’eau
- Le jus d’une lime
- 2 c. à table de sucre
- Feuilles de menthe et tranches de melon d’eau, pour garnir
- Blend together cubed watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender.
- Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding solids.
PRÉPARATION
Fill champagne flutes halfway with watermelon mixture and top off with [yellow tail] Prosecco.
Garnish glasses with a few mint sprigs and a watermelon wedge.

Zesty and citrusy, with hints of nashi pear and tropical fruit.
