- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Moscato
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 litres fresh brewed iced tea
- 2 limes (for garnish)
To make the ginger simple syrup, bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Make sure sugar is completely dissolved before removing from the heat and adding the fresh ginger.
Let sit for about 10 minutes to steep. Strain and then let the syrup completely cool.
In a pitcher, combine the syrup and tea and put in the fridge to chill.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 1 cup of the tea in and then top off with 1⁄4 cup [yellow tail] Moscato.
Serve with a wedge of lime.
