- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Rosé
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
- 2 star anise (for garnish)
- 3-4 cloves (for garnish)
- 2-4 mandarin segments
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp whole cloves
Put all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for half an hour, minimum.
Pour into heatproof glasses, garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise, mandarin segments, star anise and enjoy all autumn long!
