- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco, chilled
- 200 ml of cranberry juice
- 2 soft pears
- 1 semi-ripened pear (for garnish)
Skin the two soft pears and let them simmer on the stove in a small saucepan until they’re slightly tender.
Next, puree the warm pears with a blender or food processor, adding water as necessary for drinkable consistency.
Once liquefied and cooled, add the pears to a jug with [yellow tail] Prosecco and cranberry juice.
Pour mixture into glasses and add thin pear slices to each as a garnish.
