INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Bubbles
 - 4 cups watermelon, cubed
 - 1 lime, juiced
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - Mint and watermelon wedges (for garnish)
 
PREPARATION
Blend together cubed watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender.
Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding solids.
Fill champagne flutes halfway with watermelon mixture and top off with [yellow tail] Bubbles.
Garnish glasses with a few mint sprigs and a watermelon wedge.

Crisp and zesty, with notes of tropical and citrus fruits with a hint of florals.
