INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Bubbles Rosé
  • 1 cup raspberry sorbet
  • Raspberries (for garnish)
  • Mint (for garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Using a scoop, add the raspberry sorbet to the serving glass of your choice. Alternatively, simply measure 1-2 tbsp of raspberry sorbet.

  2. Fill with [yellow tail] Bubbles Rosé and top with fresh raspberries and mint.

  3. Serve immediately!
