INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Bubbles Rosé
- 1 cup raspberry sorbet
- Raspberries (for garnish)
- Mint (for garnish)
PREPARATION
- Using a scoop, add the raspberry sorbet to the serving glass of your choice. Alternatively, simply measure 1-2 tbsp of raspberry sorbet. 
- Fill with [yellow tail] Bubbles Rosé and top with fresh raspberries and mint. 
- Serve immediately!
