INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Moscato
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 litres fresh brewed iced tea
- 2 limes (for garnish)
PREPARATION
- To make the ginger simple syrup, bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Make sure sugar is completely dissolved before removing from the heat and adding the fresh ginger. 
- Let sit for about 10 minutes to steep. Strain and then let the syrup completely cool. 
- In a pitcher, combine the syrup and tea and put in the fridge to chill. 
- Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 1 cup of the tea in and then top off with 1⁄4 cup [yellow tail] Moscato. 
- Serve with a wedge of lime.
