INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Chardonnay
  • 1/4 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • Ice cubes (to serve)

PREPARATION

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime juice, cucumber and simple syrup.

  2. Add [yellow tail] Chardonnay and ice.

  3. Shake and strain into a glass.

  4. Garnish with a lime and cucumber slice.
