Fig Sprig Spritz

Celebrate spring with this Fig and Sprig cocktail!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle of [yellow tail] Prosecco
  • Fresh lavender sprig
  • 2 fresh figs
  • Half lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Ice (half crushed, half cubed)

PREPARATION

  1. Rub lavender sprigs together to release aromas before dropping them into a cocktail shaker with lemon juice and honey.

  2. Cut one fig in half and scrape the insides into the shaker, then top with ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a glass, add crushed ice and [yellow tail] Prosecco, then garnish with the remainder of your lavender sprig and fig!
