Attractive aromas of spice and dark cherries with vibrant flavours of wild raspberries and cherries on the palate. Earthy tones, subtle vanillin oak and firm tannins add balance and complexity.

Our winemaker loves this wine with Peking Duck pancakes! Pinot Noir goes very well with gamey meats, anti-pasta and cheese.

Roo Facts

All rain and wastewater is recycled at the [yellow tail] winery. The treatment plant is currently the biggest of its type in Australia.
