As Chief Winemaker at Casella Wines, Alan's role is to manage the crushing, making and blending of almost 12 million cases worth of wine per annum.

As of November 2007, 100% of waste water from the Casella winery is now being recycled at our state of the art Mt Bingar Reclamation Facility.
