Ever wondered why wine tastes so good when your favourite track is playing? New research by psychologists suggests that a certain type of music can enhance the way wine tastes. The Heriot Watt University study found people rated the change in taste by up to 60%, depending on the melody heard.

Using this study - and knowing that nothing goes together as well as wine and song - the [yellow tail] Vinyl Bar was born.
