    All rain and waste water is recycled at the [yellow tail] winery. The treatment plant is currently the biggest of its type in Australia and is capable of recycling the equivalent of 160 Olympic-sized swimming pools every year.

    [yellow tail] BUBBLES, [yellow tail] BUBBLES Rose, [yellow tail] Moscato, [yellow tail] Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, [yellow tail] Riesling, [yellow tail] Pinot Grigio, [yellow tail] Chardonnay and [yellow tail] Rose are NOT Vegan or Vegetarian. All of our red varietals are Vegan and Vegetarian.

  • How long can I keep a bottle of wine opened for?

    If your friends didn’t come around and help you drink the bottle, pop the cork back in for the next day. Generally speaking 1-2 days for white, 3-4 days for red.

  • Is [yellow tail] exported to the USA?

    [yellow tail] is the number 1 imported wine in the USA.

  • Is [yellow tail] a sweet wine?

    A word from our MD John Casella to answer this question “…the proportion of sugar is 1/10 what you’d find with a teaspoon of sugar in a cup of tea!”

  • How do I chill a bottle fast?

    Fill an ice bucket (or any kind of bucket) half with water and ½ with ice trying to cover the bottle as much as you can. In about 10-15mins voila, super chilled wine!

  • Can wine go with chocolate?

    Sure, try it with [yellow tail] Shiraz. Our wines match easily with food so why not try a glass of [yellow tail] Chardonnay with a steak burger or a glass of [yellow tail] Merlot with a chicken sandwich.

  • How many calories are in a glass of [yellow tail]

    If you have to count calories; in a 150mL glass, our white wines range from 112 - 119 calories, [yellow tail] BUBBLES, BUBBLES Rosé and Rosé have 127 calories and our red wines have 120 calories

  • And the carbs?

    There is approximately 1.6 carbs in every 150mL glass of [yellow tail] wine

  • How do I use the BUBBLES stoppers?

    Remove the BUBBLES cork and pour a glass, place stopper on top of bottle and press firmly to seal, pull side clasps down until you hear a click - the bottle is ready for the fridge!

  • How many years would it take to drink a 1.1m ltr tank?

    When drinking 1 bottle per day, it would take 3,835 years!
