INGREDIENTS
- 2 x pizza bases
- 1 x tub tomato paste
- 1 x onion, finely diced
- 1 x large pepperoni/salami stick, thinly sliced
- 1 x handful of fresh basil, roughly torn
- 1 x large handful of parmesan, grated
- Black olives, pitted
- Dried, mixed Italian herbs
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Spread tomato paste on base, add all ingredients except cheese, which goes on last.
- Slice into snack size pieces and bust out the [yellow tail] Cabernet Sauvignon.
